- Studio Rules and Etiquette
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class start time to allow for check-in, bike set up, bathroom use, shoe rental, and storage of personal items.
- Proper attire and footwear are required.
- Always respect our staff, instructors, and other members.
- The grace period for class tardiness is 5 minutes. If you are not present once class has been in session for 5 minutes, you may lose your spot and you will not be entitled to a refund.
- Class is NOT a time to be on your phone, especially when the lights are out. We love in-class videos and photos and do not want to take this privilege away. Taking a video or photo when the lights are on during class is acceptable. If the lights are low, please make sure your phone light is off.
- Entering and exiting the spin room during class is extremely disruptive and could be a safety issue. We understand that emergencies happen, but if you cannot commit to the full time and duration of the class, please do not book it. A reminder: if you choose to exit the room, it is always better to do so when the lights are on, not when they are off and please use the back door.
- Memberships and Credits and Expirations/Terminations
Credits, Credit packs, and Memberships do expire on their own terms. Please make sure you understand the expiration date of any package before you purchase. Expirations are listed in the item description and in the contract you sign when purchasing a new membership or package. Regular Memberships are recurring memberships that do not expire. However, Bike2thebeat may offer special memberships from time to time that may have an expiration date such as discounted memberships offered on promotion or for a special group such as students, teachers, and veterans.
Membership terminations need to provide 30 days’ advance notice prior to the next billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused sessions. By way of example, if your Membership is due to renew on July 10th, in order not to be billed for the July 10th cycle, you must provide written notice of cancellation prior to June 10th. If you provide less than 30 days’ written notice, you agree that you will be billed for the next cycle.
